*I've run this exact course before (many many times), and because it has always been such a huge success, I finally decided to hit record on one of my classes, and upload it here on teachable.

I want more families to have access to trained mindfulness instructors, and THAT's why I created this program.

Sheena Bounsanga

I am an Early Childhood Educator, and a Mindfulness coach.

I am an advocate for children's mental health.

I run mindfulness programs for kids, parents and educators, as well as private one on one sessions.

When society tries to stick these little energetic brilliant minds into small little structures boxes, I advocate for them and empower them to find their voice. As society is pointing at them and telling them 'No.' I'm in their corner yelling 'Yes! Yes! YES!'

Most of the kids I work with have some form of diagnosis such as ADHD, Autism, OCD, anxiety, etc. They constantly move through school feeling different and 'dumb'... And I'm their personal cheerleader (without the Pom poms) ;)
